10 GB Ethernet Card | XC5000
The model XC5000 provides two full-speed and fully independent 10GbE ports. Each port supports 10GBASE-LR, 10GBASE-SR or 10GSFP+Cu connectivity using universal SFP+ cages on the front panel or optional XAUI, CX4 or KX4 to the backplane. The XC5000 utilizes the 82599ES controller interfaced to the processor through a single x8 lane PCI Express port.
10 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe Card | PC5002
Rigel’s PC5002 Dual 10GbE PCIe card is an extremely powerful, high-speed, dual-port, 10 Gigabit Ethernet interconnect solution for the PCIe/104 & PCI/104-Express platform. The model PC5002 is the two-port version of the model 5001 and provides two full-speed and independent 10GbE ports. Each port supports 10GBASE-LR, 10GBASE-SR or 10GSFP+Cu connectivity using universal SFP+ cages. The 2-port PC5002 utilizes an Intel 82599ES controller; interfaced to the processor through a single x8 lane PCI Express port.
4 Port Ethernet PCIe Card | PC5001
The model PC5001 is the four-port version of the model PC5002 and provides four full-speed and independent 10GbE ports. Each port supports 10GBASE-LR, 10GBASE-SR or 10GSFP+Cu connectivity using universal SFP+ cages. The 4-port PC5001 utilizes two Intel 82599ES controllers; each interfaced to the processor through a separate x8 lane PCI Express port.
Carrier Card | VP3500
It allows system designers to greatly expand system IO capacity while reducing overall board count and system cost. It is available in air-cooled or rugged, extended temperature, conduction-cooled models for harsh environments.
The VP3500 features two PMC and XMC slots, it also provides two MiniPCIe sockets to satisfy practically any VPX system IO requirement. The PMC, XMC IO may be accessed via the front panel or the VPX back-plane. Pluggable IO modules allow for standard PMC and XMC differential and single-ended IO routing (Vita 46.9) plus the flexibility for custom routing options to the back-plane. Additionally, a MiniPCIe IO adapter card can interface practically any MiniPCIe card IO to the VPX backplane. MiniPCIe IO is also available on the front panel.

COM Express Carrier | CB2603
It was designed as a scalable carrier that enables the Altair SFF System's IO options to be easily modified to meet specific customer requirements. The CB2603 supports an assortment of Type 6 processor modules, a PMC or XMC slot, two miniPCIe sockets, two embedded SATA SSDs and a MIL-STD704 150 watt power supply with optional hold up (MIL-STD704F).

Rigel’s model CM4301 COM Express® processor module is based on the Intel® Atom 3800 processor series and was designed to perform reliably in extreme or harsh environments. The CM4301 is a COM Express® Mini form factor (55mm x 84mm) SBC that supports COM Express type 10 signaling plus an array of standard features.

The original requirement was a 2-slot CompactPCI chassis (CP1500) with a feature-rich and IO-specific PowerPC single board computer (CP4200). We designed that system for them while requiring no NRE.
PCI/104-Express Card | PC5005
The PC5005 provides exceptional small packet performance, advanced network security and reliability while the low-power adapter’s TDP is 8W (typical).
The PC5005 features Intel’s next generation 10GbE controller XL710. The XL710 interfaces to the host processor through a single x8 lane PCI Express generation 3 port. It will auto-negotiate to a reduced number of PCIe lanes or Gen 2 or 1 speed if necessary. The XL710 controller is capable of auto-negotiating down to x4 or x1 PCIe lanes.
Quad Core Processor | CU4200
Rigel’s model CU4200 Quad Core processor module is based on the NXP QorIQ T2081 series processor. This custom product was designed for a customer who required a low-power, reliable SBC at a reasonable price. It was designed to be inserted into the CU1500 1U chassis.
Rugged Memory Card | XC9000
Rigel Engineering’s XC9000 is a high-performance XMC buffer memory card that supports one or two x4 Serial RapidIO (sRIO) interfaces or one x4 PCI Express. Each interface is dedicated to a 8 or 16 GB bank of high-speed DDR3L memory with ECC. The card can also be configured as a single sRIO or PCIe interface with 8 or 16 GB of memory. The XC9000 conforms to Vita 42.0, 42.2 and IEEE 1386 (CMC) standards.
